Payment

We accept all major credit/debit cards, and you can pay via Visa, Mastecard, among others. All payments and refunds are processed in the currency you paid in.

Please be assured that your payment is secure. We treat your personal information with care and transmit it only over secure servers. While we and our partners use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, please be aware that no data transmitted over the internet or stored there can be guaranteed to be completely secure. No security measure is perfect. You can reduce your risk with some common-sense security measures, such as choosing strong passwords, using different passwords for different services, and using up-to-date anti-virus software.

Orders

Once you have placed an order, we will not be able to edit it as our warehouse team works hard to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. However, you are free to modify your order before checkout. If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We can only cancel orders that have not been processed by our warehouse team.

If the order has already been processed, you can return the item for a refund after receiving it. Please follow our return steps.

As a fashionable clothing brand, we are constantly working to keep up with the latest trends, and every day we receive hundreds of orders because we want to keep our customers happy. We sometimes use external suppliers to fulfil orders so that you always receive your order on time. Unfortunately, this sometimes means that you receive the item without the Tfefe branding on the packaging.

We often run promotions and seasonal discounts, please subscribe to our newsletter and follow us to receive information about our latest updates.

Once you have placed an order, we are unable to add discounts manually, however, if the code is still valid, you can use the discount on your next order.

If your order was successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email, which will be sent to the email address you used when placing the order. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or trash folder. Alternatively, you may have entered the wrong email address. Unfortunately, we are unable to update email addresses once you have placed an order.

Unfortunately, Tfefe is unable to provide information on potential customs duties for international shipping. All customs duties are payable by you and are not covered by Tfefe. Custom duties are determined by the carrier at its discretion and assessed according to local laws. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more accurate information so that you are not surprised if you have any unforeseen shipping costs.

If an item is missing from your order, it may have been sent in multiple shipments. This is most likely to happen if your order is large. Please check the label on your parcel bag carefully. This will tell you what is included.

If you do not receive all the items you ordered within 7 days, please contact us by email. Please include your order number and the name of the missing item to avoid delays in resolving the issue.

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Please add Tfefe’s email to your contact list to ensure that the email reaches your inbox; otherwise, your confirmation email may be relegated to a spam folder. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please contact us.

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $70 to most countries.

Expedited shipping takes 3-5 business days and standard shipping takes 7-14 business days. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or the standard processing time of 1-3 business days required for order fulfillment.

Please note: Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season, there may be delays in logistics, resulting in potential shipping delays. We are working hard to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner.

If you have not received your order or your order is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. We will do our best to help you.

Returns

If you are returning an item that is not a Tfefe item, we will take every step to try and locate the package, however, if we are unable to locate your package, we cannot be held responsible for the item. We recommend that you contact the company you purchased from directly and explain the situation.

We are sorry to hear that you received a faulty item. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to let us know. Please do not forget to include a picture of the problem in your email and include your name and order number. If you are asked to return the faulty item to us, please follow our return instructions. If you return a faulty item without contacting us first, we may have to dispose of it as we will not know that you received the item in this condition and will not refund for such returns.

You can return items within 20 days as long as the product is unwashed, unsoiled, in its original unused condition with original tags and packaging, please also refer to the Return Policy page for more information.

Once we receive your return, we will do a quality check to ensure it is in good condition and in compliance with our refund policy. The refund will be made to your original payment method. We will initiate the refund within 5 business days of the package arriving. You will receive a receipt confirmation via email once your return package has been processed. Refund times for credit/debit card payments vary depending on your bank. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
