Our products are handmade with love and attention to detail, but we know they’re not always perfect. If a product is defective, you have 20 days from the date you received all merchandise to return it.
Unwashed, unworn, unused merchandise in original condition and tags and original packaging must be returned within 20 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. Tfefe will not accept returns beyond the 20 day return period.
Items with perfume, traces of makeup, signs of wear or animal hair are not returnable for a refund. Items with tampered or missing linings will be refused and no refund will be given.
Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. Any returned Final Sale items will not be refunded or returned to you.
All claims for damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to ensure a prompt resolution.

*Please note that colors and patterns may vary due to differences between monitors and screens, photographic lenses and lighting, and other factors. These differences are not defects and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Tfefe is not responsible for return shipping costs and we are currently unable to provide shipping labels for returns. For your convenience, we recommend that you use your local post office and choose a service with tracking ID.
Tfefe is not responsible for any delivery failures caused by your negligent behavior. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, rejection of shipping confirmation and incorrect consignee information (such as order address, contact number or consignee name). In this case, we are unable to apply for a refund for you.
All items must be unworn and in original condition with original packaging and all tags. Any garment that appears to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way is not eligible for a refund. In most cases, original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
If your return does not meet the requirements, it may be returned to you at an additional cost.
Once we receive your return, we will quality check it to ensure it is in good condition and in compliance with our refund policy. A refund will be issued to your original method of payment. We will initiate a refund within 5 business days of the package arriving. You will receive a receipt confirmation via email once your return package has been processed. Refund times for credit/debit card payments vary depending on your bank. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. However, you can always place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.

What if I’m not sure what size I should get because I can’t return it if it doesn’t fit?
Don’t worry! If you have any questions about sizing, you can check out our size guide page for more information, and our customer service team is also here to help! Please contact us via our email ([email protected]) with the product and size you are interested in. We will recommend the best size for you based on the material and design of the product.
What counts as a product defect?
At Tfefe, we perform a thorough quality control inspection on each item to ensure that you receive the best quality. If a quality issue occurs, we are happy to provide a full or partial refund depending on the problem. Quality issues include but are not limited to: broken needles, skipped stitches or missed stitches; major defects in size, etc. Since all of our products are handmade, small manual errors such as loose threads may occasionally occur. If the problem does not affect the availability of the product, we are unable to provide a full refund.
My order arrived too late. Can I return it?
While we do our best to process and ship every order, there are many uncontrollable factors with international shipping. As stated in our shipping policy, we are currently unable to make any delivery time commitments. Therefore, we are also unable to provide refunds for late items. If, in the rare case, processing time is too long, we will provide a partial or full refund for the order, depending on the circumstances.
