We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $70.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping unless you choose otherwise. Once shipped, orders are typically received within 7-14 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be shipped the next business day.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or Military Post Office (APO) addresses.

While we make every effort to ensure your order is delivered on time, Tfefe is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., inclement weather, service interruptions, etc.).

We ship worldwide! Please note that business days do not include public holidays and weekends.

Please note that shipping time does not include the standard 1-3 business day processing time required to ship your order. Your order will be shipped via DHL, USPS, FedEX, or EMS depending on the order and shipping address.

Order Tracking

Tracking updates may not be available for 3 business days after your order is shipped. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information and a link. You can also use the “Track Order” page link on the Tfefe website to enter the tracking number, or log in to My Account and click on the tracking link under “Order History”.

 

Customs Duties

International orders must go through customs processing, so your shipment may be delayed. You assume all risks of loss, theft, customs seizure, customs clearance, taxes, storage fees, brokerage fees, etc. associated with international shipping (collectively, “International Shipping Incidents”), and you agree that Tfefe is not responsible for any International Shipping Incidents. International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties or other charges, which are determined by local customs authorities. These VAT, import duties and other charges are payable to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Tfefe and are therefore non-refundable.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, the destination you are shipping to and the value of your purchase. If duties and taxes are charged at checkout, they will appear as a separate line item (if not already included in the product price). Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and these charges will be your responsibility. We may indicate this at checkout to ensure full transparency before you order.

 

How to use discount codes (if any)

You can enter the discount code on the last page and tap “Complete your order” and you will see a box to enter the discount code. Once you have entered this code, tap “Apply”. Your total will be updated to reflect the discount. Discount codes can be used once per order and cannot be combined with other offers.
